TechPlasty Group acquires Tribon Plasty, a long-established supplier of engineering plastics on the Czech market
Žilina 28.11.2025 – TechPlasty Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tribon Plasty, a company with more than 30 years of experience on the Czech market in the supply of semi-finished products and finished components made from engineering plastics.
Following the acquisition, the company will operate under the new name Tribon TechPlasty and will represent TechPlasty Group across the Czech Republic. This strategic step significantly strengthens the group’s presence in the region and enhances its ability to provide fast, reliable and technically advanced service to Czech industrial customers.
Tribon Plasty has built a strong reputation over three decades as a trusted supplier of engineering plastic materials and precision-machined components. By joining TechPlasty Group, the company gains access to a broader European network, expanded technical resources and a unified platform for further growth.
